On Thursday January 22, Pack 189 had a special guest. Officer Joe Mauer from the Nassau County Corrections Department. He came to speak to the pack about the importance of police work and crime prevention. He told us what we can do to help keep our neighborhood safe. He also spoke to us about what he does daily to do his job. We gave him a big BULLY and a Cub Scout shirt to thank him. |
