Attendance: SPL David, ASPL Alex, Scribe Joe, Ins Dylan, PL Adam, PL Mike, APL Matt, PLBen, APL Charles, SM Steve, ASM MArk, ASM Mike, Andrea Discussion Topics: 1) Controlling a Patrol; keeping them focussed by supporting each other 2) Inter-Patrol Olympics next trip. Skills this week will be a rotation by PL - each PL will teach a skill for 10 minutes and rotate. This is in preperation for the competition. 3) The December Wilderness trip is coming. The focus over the next month will be winter camping and backpacking. Skills in November will focus on staying safe and warm in December. 4) There was much discussion about how the phone tree should work. Patrol Leaders MUST actually call (not text) everyone in their Patrol! |
