Merit Badge Counselors

Important: Every year there are changes and updates to several Merit Badges.

If you are STARTING a badge, you must use the new requirements.  If you are WORKING ON a badge and already have the blue card, you may continue to use the old requirements

Troop 189 has Merit Badge Counselors within our own ranks for many Merit Badges, including all of the Eagle Required Merit Badges.  Please see Scoutmaster Mike for a Blue Card before starting a Merit Badge. If you are interested in a Badge where we do not have a Counselor in the Troop, we will find you one from somewhere else in the Council!
