We held an excellent PLC meeting Sunday morning of the Snow Tubing trip.

In attendance were:

Incoming Troop Guides John, Matt R, Chris B, and Malo

1. Phone numbers and email addresses were collected for the whole PLC
2. Starting Wednesday February 10, Patrol Leaders and Troop Guides will join in on the weekly planning Conference Call. SM Steve explained how it works and will send out the dial-in numbers.
3. We agreed that the meeting cycle for at least the first month will include: Opening, Announcements,Cooking Demo, Patrol Corners, Skills, Game, Taste food from cooking demo, Closing
