Troop 189 opened the 2007-2008 Scouting year with a Court of Honor on September 6.

The first order of business was the swearing in of our new Scoutmaster, Steve Innerfield.  Mr. Innerfiled is an Eagle Scout and was Scoutmaster Mike’s assistant since the Troop was rechartered. He made a presentation to Scoutmatsre Mike with a picture that we all signed and with his patches.

Mr. Innerfield’s Dad was his Scoutmaster when Steve was a boy and he also made a presentation to Scoutmaster Steve.  He gave him his old Scoutmaster patch from his uniform.

The boys in the Troop earned a total of 112 Merit Badges and 3 Scouts made Star rank: Alex, Dylan, and Josh.                                                         Photos by Troop Photographer Adam
